The 桃花社区视频 Police Department donates coats to the Hampton Roads Haven in Norfolk, Virginia. 桃花社区视频PD collected eighteen gently used coats for families in need. Officer Jessica Freeman helped residents try on the coats. Hampton Roads Haven is dedicated to serving women in crisis by providing supportive services to break the cycle of homelessness.
S. Ray Barrett Cleaners of Norfolk, donated dry cleaning services to make sure each coat was ready to wear.
