Calendar Year 2024 W2 桃花社区视频ments are available for printing! Please find the instructions for Accessing and Printing Form W2 Online below.
  1. Access 鈥淟eo Online鈥 from 桃花社区视频鈥檚 home web page: (Web address:听听). 桃花社区视频 Portal instructions listed below in step 12.
  2. Select 鈥淓nter Leo Online News and Secure Area鈥 from the list of options.
  3. At the bottom of the Welcome to 桃花社区视频 Dominion University News from LEO Online鈥 page you will see a button with a key titled - 鈥淓nter Secure Area鈥. Click on 鈥淓nter Secure Area.鈥
  4. The next screen titled 鈥淢onarch- Key鈥 requires you to enter your 鈥淢idas ID鈥 and 鈥淧assword鈥 followed by clicking on the 鈥渓ogin鈥 button.
  5. Once you click on 鈥渓ogin鈥 - you will see the Employee Self Service 鈥淢ain Menu鈥. Click on 鈥淓mployee鈥 This brings you to the 鈥淓mployee Menu.鈥
  6. On the 鈥淓mployee Menu鈥 - click on 鈥淓mployee Self Service鈥 from the list of options. This brings you to the 鈥淓mployee Dashboard.鈥
  7. Scroll down and click on 鈥淭axes鈥 next click on 鈥淲2 Wage and Tax 桃花社区视频ment鈥 This brings you to the 鈥淲2 Wage and Tax 桃花社区视频ment Menu.鈥
  8. Select the Tax Year from the drop-down menu that you wish to print or review. Choose 2024 for the most recent W2 tax statement. There is only one 鈥淓mployer or Institution鈥 to choose from - 鈥溙一ㄉ缜悠 Dominion University鈥 so there is no change to this data element.
  9. Once you have selected the Tax Year- click on the 鈥渄isplay鈥 button. This brings up your 鈥淲2 Wage and Tax 桃花社区视频ment.鈥
  10. Click on 鈥淧rintable W2" to print a copy for your records.
  11. For detailed information explaining the items on your W2 please click on the 鈥淓mployee Instructions鈥 and 鈥淣otice to Employee鈥 tabs on the 鈥淲2 Wage and Tax 桃花社区视频ment鈥 page.
  12. From the 桃花社区视频 Portal Page Select 鈥淟ogin鈥 enter your 鈥淢idas ID鈥 and 鈥淧assword鈥 click the 鈥渓ogin button鈥 select the Leo Online App. Follow steps 5 鈥 11 listed above.
